　　目的为提高麻醉科的气道处理工具使用效果，便于存取及管理维护，将其加以整合，组配成气道急救车。方法根据临床经验及设备条件将各种气道处理工具及药品配置到急救车中，按照气道处理流程和指引，进行日常气道管理培训以及气道急救车应用演练。结果成功救治多例急症气道，开阔麻醉医生处理困难气道的思路，促进其熟练运用各种气道处理工具和方法。结论气道急救车提高救治成功率，提升麻醉医生的气道处理能力，建议麻醉科至少配备一辆气道急救车。

Objective To develop an airway emergency vehicle which integrates all airway managing tools to improve the use, daily maintenance and management in the anesthesia department. Methods According to clinical experience and equipment condition, the vehicle was equipped with various kinds of airway managing tools and medicines. With the airway processing flow sheet and guideline, anesthesiologists are trained routinely to deal with difficult airway and practice the application of airway emergency vehicle. Results To successfully rescue many cases of emergency airway, open anesthesiologists thought when they handles difficult airway, and practice their skill of various kinds of airway managing tools and methods. Conclusion Airway emergency vehicle could improve success rate of treatments and enhance the airway processing capacity of anesthetist. Anesthesia department should be equipped with one airway emergency vehicle at least.
