目的研究磁共振波谱成像技术在中枢神经系统疾病诊断中的临床应用效果。方法采用对比分析法、资料文献分析法、问卷调查等方法对磁共振波谱成像技术的应用效果进行分析。结果我院研究资料显示,脑出血患者迟发性水肿区的磁共振波谱区乳酸(Lac)峰数值发生改变,N-乙酰天门冬氨酸与肌酸的比值(NAA/Cr)出现下降,说明此区域严重缺血且神经元已受到损伤;以大鼠作为实验对象的脑梗死研究结果表明NAA数值随着时间的增长而不断下降至消失;帕金森患者诊断结果显示对照组患者黑质区中的海马NAA/Cr明显高于实验组;磁共振波谱成像技术能够较早地发现阿尔茨海默病的病理改变情况;多发性硬化疾病诊断结果表明患者的NAA值降低, NAA/Cr呈下降趋势。结论在临床实践中,采用磁共振波谱技术可以对脑血管疾病患者与中枢神经变性疾病患者的病情做出及时诊断,及时制定治疗方案,提高诊断率。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of magnetic resonance spectroscopic imaging technique in diagnosis of central nervous system disease. Methods Using comparative analysis, literature analysis, and questionnaire survey to analyze the research data. Results Lactic acid peak value of magnetic resonance spectroscopy region in delayed edema area of patients with cerebral hemorrhage was changed and NAA/Cr value was decreased, which indicated that this region was of severe ischemia and neurons had been damaged. Results of cerebral infarction research which used rats as experimental objects showed that NAA value was declined constantly and finally disappeared as time extended. Diagnostic results of patients with Parkinson's disease showed that hippocampal NAA/Cr value in substantia nigra of control group was much higher than that of experimental group. Pathological changes of Alzheimer's disease can be found timely by using magnetic resonance spectroscopic imaging technique. Diagnostic results of patients with MS's diseases showed that NAA value had been decreased. Conclusion The condition of patients with cerebrovascular and neural degeneration diseases can be determined timely by using magnetic resonance spectroscopy so that patients can get timely diagnosis and treatment.
