304不锈钢属于非稳态奥氏体不锈钢,在应变强化过程中,应变温度、应变速率、应变量等均可改变应变诱发马氏体的转变量和转变速率及内部组织滑移线、形变孪晶、位错和层错密度的转变量和转变速率,从而表现出不同的应变硬化行为。针对304奥氏体不锈钢,主要从应变速率敏感指数、应变硬化指数两方面,研究了应变速率对其室温应变硬化行为的影响。
304不鏽鋼屬于非穩態奧氏體不鏽鋼,在應變彊化過程中,應變溫度、應變速率、應變量等均可改變應變誘髮馬氏體的轉變量和轉變速率及內部組織滑移線、形變孿晶、位錯和層錯密度的轉變量和轉變速率,從而錶現齣不同的應變硬化行為。針對304奧氏體不鏽鋼,主要從應變速率敏感指數、應變硬化指數兩方麵,研究瞭應變速率對其室溫應變硬化行為的影響。

304 stainless steel is non -steady -state austenitic stainless.In the process of strain hardening , strain temperature,strain rate,strain amount,etc.can change the amount of strain -induced martensite transformation and conversion rate .Also,the internal organization of the slip lines ,deformation twins,dis-locations and stacking fault density can change in volume and in the rate ,which shows a different strain hardening behavior.For 304 austenitic stainless steel,we mainly study its strain hardening behavior on normal atmospheric temperature from the strain rate sensitivity index ,strain hardening exponent two as-pects.
