目的:探讨低强度脉冲超声与低频电磁场联合作用促进骨折愈合的效果。方法对40只普通级成年健康日本大耳白兔进行前腿双侧桡骨中段横断面骨折建模,并将实验兔随机分为Ⅰa、Ⅰb和Ⅱa、Ⅱb 4个组,每组10只。Ⅰa和Ⅱa左侧进行低强度脉冲超声和低频电磁场联合治疗(U组),右侧仅进行低频电磁场治疗(E组);Ⅰb和Ⅱb左侧仅进行低强度脉冲超声治疗(B组),右侧进行假治疗作为实验对照(C组)。低强度脉冲超声治疗强度为40mW/cm2,每天1次治疗20min,低频电磁场强度0.9mT,每天1次治疗40min。Ⅰa、Ⅰb组治疗2周和Ⅱa、Ⅱb治疗4周后,采用X线片指标评价骨折愈合情况。结果 X线片评分半定量分析表明,不论治疗2周还是治疗4周,U、B、E 3组骨折愈合速度明显快于与实验对照C组(P<0.05),但U、B、E组之间的差异无统计学意义(P >0.05)。结论低强度脉冲超声和低频电磁场体外治疗都可以通过影响骨折愈合的愈合期和塑形期而促进骨折愈合,但两者叠加使用加速促进骨折愈合的疗效并不明显。
目的:探討低彊度脈遲超聲與低頻電磁場聯閤作用促進骨摺愈閤的效果。方法對40隻普通級成年健康日本大耳白兔進行前腿雙側橈骨中段橫斷麵骨摺建模,併將實驗兔隨機分為Ⅰa、Ⅰb和Ⅱa、Ⅱb 4箇組,每組10隻。Ⅰa和Ⅱa左側進行低彊度脈遲超聲和低頻電磁場聯閤治療(U組),右側僅進行低頻電磁場治療(E組);Ⅰb和Ⅱb左側僅進行低彊度脈遲超聲治療(B組),右側進行假治療作為實驗對照(C組)。低彊度脈遲超聲治療彊度為40mW/cm2,每天1次治療20min,低頻電磁場彊度0.9mT,每天1次治療40min。Ⅰa、Ⅰb組治療2週和Ⅱa、Ⅱb治療4週後,採用X線片指標評價骨摺愈閤情況。結果 X線片評分半定量分析錶明,不論治療2週還是治療4週,U、B、E 3組骨摺愈閤速度明顯快于與實驗對照C組(P<0.05),但U、B、E組之間的差異無統計學意義(P >0.05)。結論低彊度脈遲超聲和低頻電磁場體外治療都可以通過影響骨摺愈閤的愈閤期和塑形期而促進骨摺愈閤,但兩者疊加使用加速促進骨摺愈閤的療效併不明顯。
목적:탐토저강도맥충초성여저빈전자장연합작용촉진골절유합적효과。방법대40지보통급성년건강일본대이백토진행전퇴쌍측뇨골중단횡단면골절건모,병장실험토수궤분위Ⅰa、Ⅰb화Ⅱa、Ⅱb 4개조,매조10지。Ⅰa화Ⅱa좌측진행저강도맥충초성화저빈전자장연합치료(U조),우측부진행저빈전자장치료(E조);Ⅰb화Ⅱb좌측부진행저강도맥충초성치료(B조),우측진행가치료작위실험대조(C조)。저강도맥충초성치료강도위40mW/cm2,매천1차치료20min,저빈전자장강도0.9mT,매천1차치료40min。Ⅰa、Ⅰb조치료2주화Ⅱa、Ⅱb치료4주후,채용X선편지표평개골절유합정황。결과 X선편평분반정량분석표명,불론치료2주환시치료4주,U、B、E 3조골절유합속도명현쾌우여실험대조C조(P<0.05),단U、B、E조지간적차이무통계학의의(P >0.05)。결론저강도맥충초성화저빈전자장체외치료도가이통과영향골절유합적유합기화소형기이촉진골절유합,단량자첩가사용가속촉진골절유합적료효병불명현。
Objective To investigate the combined effects of low-intensity pulsed ultrasound and low frequency electromagnetic fields in promoting fracture healing. Methods 40 ordinary healthy grown Japanese rabbits were prepared forelegs bilateral radial middle cross-section fracture model and the rabbits were randomly divided into four groups:Ⅰa,Ⅰb and Ⅱa,Ⅱb ,each consists of 10. Left side of rabbits from groupⅠa andⅡa was carried combined treatment of the low-intensity pulsed ultrasound and low frequency electromagnetic fields(group U),on the right side with only the lowfrequency electromagnetic field therapy(group E );Left side of rabbits from groupⅠb and Ⅱb only for low-intensity pulsed ultrasound therapy( group B),and right side carried out sham treat?ment as control group(group C). The intensity of ultrasound treatment is 40mW/cm2,20minutes a day of treatment. The intensity of low frequency electromagnetic field is 0.9mT. 40minutes a day of treatment. X-ray index evaluation of fracture healing was taken after two weeks treatment of groupⅠa,Ⅰb and 4weeks treatment of group Ⅱa,Ⅱb. Results Semiquantitative analysis of X-ray film evaluation showed that regardless of 2weeks or 4weeks treatment ,fracture healing of group U, B,E are significantly faster than the control group C(P<0.05),but no significant difference among group U,B,E (P>0.05). Conclusion The low-intensity pulsed ultrasound and low frequency electromagnetic fields can promote fracture healing by affecting fracture healing period and modeling period,but the effect of combination of the two treatment to accelerate fracture healing is not obvi?ous.
