城市规划是一定时期内城市发展的目标和计划，是城市建设的综合间署，也是城市建设的管理依据，它与很多学科密切相关。本文从环境的可持续发展与城市规划之间的内涵、市规划所必须坚持环保优先理念、环保理念解决方法和措施三个方面论城市规划与环境保护的可持续发展。

성시규화시일정시기내성시발전적목표화계화，시성시건설적종합간서，야시성시건설적관리의거，타여흔다학과밀절상관。본문종배경적가지속발전여성시규화지간적내함、시규화소필수견지배보우선이념、배보이념해결방법화조시삼개방면론성시규화여배경보호적가지속발전。
City planning is the target and plan of city development in a certain period of time ,is the comprehensive between De-partment of city construction ,is also the city construction management basis ,and it is closely related to many disciplines .In this paper ,planning from the environment sustainable development connotation ,and city planning between city must adhere to environ-mental priority concept ,the concept of environmental protection and sustainable development three aspects to solve the method and measures of city planning and environmental protection .
