MA -3000型测汞仪是根据美国EPA7473(热分解汞齐化原子吸收法)标准而生产的新一代测汞仪,它可直接测定水、气、土壤等样品中所含的汞。本实验在最佳的仪器工作条件下,对影响总汞测定结果的空白值、原子化温度、热分解时间、载气流量、固定液和共存离子等因素作了研究,并根据实验室质量保证要求,进行了一系列检出限、精密度、准确度、方法比对等试验,从而达到了准确测量土壤中总汞的目的。本方法具有简便、快速、准确、干扰少等优点,作为土壤中汞的分析方法,值得推广。

MA -3000 type mercury measuring instrument is a new generation ,which is produced according to the United States EPA7473 (thermal decomposition amalgamation atomic absorption method ) standard .It can directly determine mercury in water , air ,soil samples and so on .This paper has studied various factors influencing determination results of total mercury in the optimal condition ,such as the blank figures ,atomized temperature ,the time of thermal decomposition ,flow rate of carrier gas ,selection of the stationary phase and interference of coexist ionic and so on .In order to determine the total mercury in the soil accurately ,there are a series of experiments including detection limit ,precision and accuracy ,method comparison according to the laboratory quality requirements .The method is of great ease ,high speed ,precision and less interferences and has popularization value for determina-tion of total mercury in soil .
