1-MCP能够抑制果实后熟,延长水果、蔬菜的货架期,同时1-MCP结合气调冷库,能够很好地应用于果蔬采收后的防腐保鲜。 ClO2是一种高效安全的果蔬保鲜剂,杀菌能力强,可有效杀死微生物;外源乙醇处理是一种新技术,近几年也在悄然兴起,在果蔬保鲜中开始应用,特别是果蔬鲜切制品的保鲜;乙醇的浓度选择要合适,浓度过高或过低,不但不会延长其保鲜寿命,反而会加速果蔬的衰老。根据各种果蔬生理生化特性,采取适当的几种保鲜剂相结合(1-MCP+ClO2;1-MCP+乙醇处理; ClO2+乙醇处理)是未来的发展趋势。
