收集了2000-2010年中国大陆30个省级区域的国内市场规模与创新要素集聚相关数据,运用面板协整计量模型,考察了国内市场规模与创新要素集聚的虹吸效应。研究表明:国内市场规模通过虹吸效应驱动人才流动并形成人才集聚,人才集聚通过迂回效应不断放大群落内需求关联、扩大国内市场规模、驱动创新能力提升;创新要素集聚与国内市场规模之间存在显著的协整和双向因果关系;东部与西部地区的国内市场规模存在差异,通过虹吸效应引致创新人才集聚。在此基础上,提出了扩大国内市场规模、促进创新人才集聚、提升区域创新能力的政策建议。
收集瞭2000-2010年中國大陸30箇省級區域的國內市場規模與創新要素集聚相關數據,運用麵闆協整計量模型,攷察瞭國內市場規模與創新要素集聚的虹吸效應。研究錶明:國內市場規模通過虹吸效應驅動人纔流動併形成人纔集聚,人纔集聚通過迂迴效應不斷放大群落內需求關聯、擴大國內市場規模、驅動創新能力提升;創新要素集聚與國內市場規模之間存在顯著的協整和雙嚮因果關繫;東部與西部地區的國內市場規模存在差異,通過虹吸效應引緻創新人纔集聚。在此基礎上,提齣瞭擴大國內市場規模、促進創新人纔集聚、提升區域創新能力的政策建議。

Collecting relevant data of China's domestic market size and innovation elements gathering about 30 provincial re-gions in China's during 2000-2010, using the panel cointegration econometric model to investigate the siphoning effect of the domestic market size and innovation elements gathering. Results show that: the size of the domestic market through the siphon effect drives the flow of talent and the formation of talented personnel gathering, talented personnel gathering ex-pands size of domestic markets of urban communities of demand associated effect through circuitous effect, driving regional innovation capacity building, there are significant cointegration and two-way causal relationship between the innovative ele-ments' agglomeration and the size of domestic markets, there is difference of the domestic market size between the eastern and western regions, this leads to the agglomeration of innovative elements through siphoning effect. Based on this, the pa-per put forward effective policy recommendations to expand the size of the domestic market, to promote the agglomeration of innovative elements, to enhance the capacity of regional innovation.
