　　通过DNC数控机床设备分布式控制系统，车间计算机可对数控设备的生产加工状态进行全方位管理，搭建了数字化车间制造网络系统。车间计算机可以接收CAD/CAM/CAPP/PDM系统生成的加工程序以及设计、工艺文档，并通过DNC网络系统将加工程序分发到相应的数控机床设备中，并可对数控机床中所有的加工程序、机床加工运行数据进行有序的管理，提供数控机床状态及生产状态的动态反馈信息。将所有加工程序数据纳入DNC系统管理，有效地解决了数控机床多元需求的集成化管理，并完成了DNC系统与CAD/CAM/CAPP/PDM系统的集成。

s:Through DNC system, the workshop computers can manage the production and processing of the numerically controlled equipment and build a network of digital man-ufacturing workshop. Workshop computers can receive processing procedures and design, processing documents generated by CAD / CAM / CAPP / PDM systems, and distribute them to the appropriate CNC equipment via DNC network systems. The computers can also orderly manage all the processing programs and operation data of CNC machine tools, pro-viding dynamic feedback on CNC machine status and production status. Integration of all processing program data into the DNC system management has effectively achieved inte-grated management of CNC machine tools, and completed integration of the DNC systems and CAD/CAM/CAPP/PDM systems.
