　　目的：介绍我院在建立静脉用药调配中心（PIVAS）过程中的一些心得和体会。方法：通过介绍我院PIVAS的筹建过程、日常工作以及药师在 PIVAS 的实践体会，分析如何能让筹建好的 PIVAS尽快进入正常运行状态。结果：我院 PIVAS从试运行到全面开展工作仅用了半年时间，是一个高效运行的部门。结论：高效的背后是前瞻性的设计理念、充分的准备、科学的管理以及团队的凝聚力与创造力。
　　목적：개소아원재건립정맥용약조배중심（PIVAS）과정중적일사심득화체회。방법：통과개소아원PIVAS적주건과정、일상공작이급약사재 PIVAS 적실천체회，분석여하능양주건호적 PIVAS진쾌진입정상운행상태。결과：아원 PIVAS종시운행도전면개전공작부용료반년시간，시일개고효운행적부문。결론：고효적배후시전첨성적설계이념、충분적준비、과학적관리이급단대적응취력여창조력。
Objective :To introduce any gain and experience of the pharmacy intravenous admixture service (PIVAS) in our hospitals .Methods :The process of establishment and routine work of PIVAS in our hospital as well as the practical experience of our pharmacists were introduced to reveal , how to making the PIVAS move normal as soon as possible .Result:PIVAS in our hospital only use half a year on the process of trying out to normali-zation ,it is a efficient section .Conclusion:The truth of high efficiency is idea of design ,sufficient preparative ,scientific manage and the cohesion and creativity of our team .
