　　目的：观察万乃洛韦联合咪唑斯汀治疗玫瑰糠疹的临床疗效。方法：将105例患者随机分为两组，治疗组58例采用万乃洛韦片300mg ，2次/d ，咪唑斯汀缓释片10mg ，1次/d ，复合维生素B片3片，3次/d ，连续给药10天。对照组47例仅给予咪唑斯汀缓释片、复合维生素 B片治疗。两组均于治疗结束后1周判定疗效。结果：治疗组有效率为93．10％，明显优于对照组61．70％，两组比较差异有显著性意义（P＜0．01），两组均无严重不良反应。结论：万乃洛韦联合咪唑斯汀治疗玫瑰糠疹疗效显著，疗程短，且使用安全，值得临床应用。
　　목적：관찰만내락위연합미서사정치료매괴강진적림상료효。방법：장105례환자수궤분위량조，치료조58례채용만내락위편300mg ，2차/d ，미서사정완석편10mg ，1차/d ，복합유생소B편3편，3차/d ，련속급약10천。대조조47례부급여미서사정완석편、복합유생소 B편치료。량조균우치료결속후1주판정료효。결과：치료조유효솔위93．10％，명현우우대조조61．70％，량조비교차이유현저성의의（P＜0．01），량조균무엄중불량반응。결론：만내락위연합미서사정치료매괴강진료효현저，료정단，차사용안전，치득림상응용。
Objective :To observe the clinical efficacy of valacyclovir combined with mizolastine in the treatment of pityriasis rosea .Methods:105 patients were randomly divided into two groups ,the treatment group of 58 cases with valaciclovir tablets 300mg ,2 times /d ,mizolastine sustained -release tablets 10mg ,1 times /d ,compound vitamin B tablets 3 tablets ,3 times /d ,continuous administration for 10 days .Control only received mizo-lastine sustained -release tablets ,compound vitamin B tablets treatment group of 47 cases .The two groups were to judge the curative effect after treatment of 1 weeks .Result:The effective rate of the treatment group was 93 .10% ,significantly higher than that of the control group was 61 .70% , there was significant difference between the two groups (P<0 .01) ,two groups had no serious adverse reactions .Conclusion:Valacyclovir combined with mizolastine in the treatment of pityriasis rosea obvious curative effect ,short course of treatment ,and the use is safe ,is worthy of clinical applica-tion .
