B ultrasound in%differential%diagnosis of uterine myoma
目的:探讨子宫肌瘤患者经腹超声检查的技巧与声像图特点。方法:以我院2010年4月-2012年10月经腹加压超声扫查142例手术治疗子宫肌瘤患者为研究对象,比较分析术前超声诊断和术后病理诊断在各型子宫肌瘤中的检出率。结果:本组142例术后病理诊断子宫肌瘤139例,子宫腺肌病3例,超声诊断符合率为97.9%,其中肌壁间肌瘤62例,超声误诊5例,误诊率为8.1%;浆膜下肌瘤42例,超声漏诊3例,漏诊率为7.1%;粘膜下肌瘤35例,超声误诊1例,误诊率为2.9%。超声和病理检查各型子宫肌瘤间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:改善超声检查技巧可以提高子宫肌瘤的检出率。

목적:탐토자궁기류환자경복초성검사적기교여성상도특점。방법:이아원2010년4월-2012년10월경복가압초성소사142례수술치료자궁기류환자위연구대상,비교분석술전초성진단화술후병리진단재각형자궁기류중적검출솔。결과:본조142례술후병리진단자궁기류139례,자궁선기병3례,초성진단부합솔위97.9%,기중기벽간기류62례,초성오진5례,오진솔위8.1%;장막하기류42례,초성루진3례,루진솔위7.1%;점막하기류35례,초성오진1례,오진솔위2.9%。초성화병리검사각형자궁기류간무현저성차이(P>0.05)。결론:개선초성검사기교가이제고자궁기류적검출솔。
Objective :To investigate the patients with uterine fibroids transabdominal ultrasound examination skills and sonographic features . Methods ::In our hospital from 2010 April -2012 year 10 menstrual abdominal compression ultrasound scanning in 142 cases of patients with uterine myoma operation treatment as the object of study ,analysis and comparison of preoperative and postoperative pathological diagnosis rate in different types of leiomyoma of uterus .Result:In this group ,142 cases of postoperative pathological diagnosis of 139 cases of uterine myoma ,3 cases of uterine adenomyosis ,ultrasound diagnosis coincidence rate is 97 .9% ,the intramural myoma in 62 cases ,5 cases were misdiagnosed ,the misdiagnosis rate was 8 .1% ;42 cases of subserous myoma ,missed by ultrasound in 3 cases ,the missed diagnosis rate was 7 .1% ;submucous tumor in 35 cases ,1 cases were misdiagnosed ,the misdiagnosis rate is 2 .9% .There was no significant difference between ultrasound and pathological examination of various types of uterine leiomyoma (P>0 .05) .Conclusion:To improve the ultrasonic inspection techniques can improve the detection rate of uterine leiomyo-ma .
