本文设计并合成了两个含手性边臂的β-环糊精衍生物,在水溶液中它们与钌形成配合物,该配合物成功的将1-(9′-嘌呤基)-2-丙酮还原得到1-(9′-嘌呤基)-2-丙醇。反应给出了高的分离产率和一定的对映体选择性,为核苷类化合物的合成提供了新的思路。
本文設計併閤成瞭兩箇含手性邊臂的β-環糊精衍生物,在水溶液中它們與釕形成配閤物,該配閤物成功的將1-(9′-嘌呤基)-2-丙酮還原得到1-(9′-嘌呤基)-2-丙醇。反應給齣瞭高的分離產率和一定的對映體選擇性,為覈苷類化閤物的閤成提供瞭新的思路。

Two β-cyclodextrin derivatives with chiral side-arm were synthesized .Their complexes with Ru in aqueous were formed and could reduce 1-(9H-purin-9-yl)propan-2-one into 1-(9H-purin-9-yl)propan-2-ol efficiently,giving excellent separation yields and low enantioselectivity .It was the first report on the application of β-cyclodextrin derivative as assistant in the synthesis of chiral acyclic nucleosides ,providing a new approach to obtain nucleosides.
