In dyeing and finishing industry, air flow dyeing machine, with advantage of high efficiency, energy-saving and environmental protection, is being widely used. As the core unit of air flow dyeing machine, atomizing nozzle plays a decisive role in the machine. The atomizing nozzle was analyzed from the perspective of detailed structure, flow circuit, nozzle head and the nozzle materials, and the working process of the airflow dyeing machine was also elaborated. Finally, the atomizing principle was completely explained by using a model of pulverization.
