目的：观察白芷外敷对类风湿关节炎关节肿痛的疗效。方法：将80例类风湿关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组40例。在常规抗风湿治疗的基础上，对照组加用伤湿止痛膏敷贴，治疗组加用白芷敷贴。两组均以7 d为1个疗程，1个疗程后以关节疼痛、压痛、肿胀、晨僵、活动度之关节炎症指数（AI）及疼痛程度自测评分（VAS）等观测指标，进行疗效评定。结果：关节炎症活动度指数，治疗组（12.68±5.80），低于对照组（15.58±7.00），差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；关节疼痛活动度指数，治疗组及对照组分别为（3.05±1.27）、（3.41±1.57），差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。中医证候有效率，治疗组34.21%，对照组13.51%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：白芷外敷联合常规药物能明显减轻类风湿关节炎的关节肿痛程度，提高疗效。

목적：관찰백지외부대류풍습관절염관절종통적료효。방법：장80례류풍습관절염환자수궤분위치료조화대조조，매조40례。재상규항풍습치료적기출상，대조조가용상습지통고부첩，치료조가용백지부첩。량조균이7 d위1개료정，1개료정후이관절동통、압통、종창、신강、활동도지관절염증지수（AI）급동통정도자측평분（VAS）등관측지표，진행료효평정。결과：관절염증활동도지수，치료조（12.68±5.80），저우대조조（15.58±7.00），차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）；관절동통활동도지수，치료조급대조조분별위（3.05±1.27）、（3.41±1.57），차이무통계학의의（P>0.05）。중의증후유효솔，치료조34.21%，대조조13.51%，차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론：백지외부연합상규약물능명현감경류풍습관절염적관절종통정도，제고료효。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of angelica dahurica for external application in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis joint swelling and pain.Methods:80 cases of patients with rheumatoid arthritis were randomly and equally divided into the treatment group and the control group.Based on the conventional antirheumatic therapy,the control group were treated with shangshi zhitong paste and the treatment group with topical application of angelica dahurica,7 days as a course.After 1 course,there was an efficacy evaluation according to joint pain,tenderness,swelling,morning stiffness,arthritis index(AI)of activity and pain severity score(VAS).Results:The arthritis index(AI)of activity of the treatment group (12.68±5.80) was lower than that of the control group(15.58±7.00),with the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05);the joint ache activity index of the treatment group and the control group were respectively(3.05±1.27)and(3.41±1.57),with the difference being not statistically significant(P > 0.05).The TCM syndrome rate of the treatment group and the control group were 34.21% and 13.51%,the difference being statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion:Angelicae dahuricae comibined with conventional medicine for topical application in the treatment of patients with rheumatoid arthritis joint swelling and pain was good,improve the curative effect.
