　　陕北秧歌作为国家级非物质文化遗产之一，近年来得到国家、省、市等部门的重视。但是也存在专项保护法规缺失，宣传力度不够，保护资金投入不足等一些不尽人意的问题。梳理陕北秧歌的历史沿革与其发展演变的进程及规律和保护传承现状，有助于社会各界积极参与保护工作及致力于陕北秧歌传承人的培养、更能反映中国社会文化变迁。

Northern Shaanxi yangko dance as a national sport of the intangible cultural heritage, in recent years got the attention from the state, province, city departments. However, there is lack of special protection laws and regulations, inadequate propaganda, protection of insufficient capital investment and some other problems. Combing the history and evolution process and law of inheritance and protection status and training of Shanbei yangko dance, can help the community to actively participate in the protection work of it and commit to northern Shaanxi yangko dance heritage, and can better reflect Chinese social and cultural changes.
