针对某型高炮数字化改造需求,设计一种高炮随动系统的集成电路放大器。该放大器通过信号调制、相敏整流、并联校正网络等关键电路设计,响应带宽、稳定精度、平均无故障工作时间等性能指标大大提高,解决了我国某现役高炮电子管放大器维修难、稳定性差的技术难题。
針對某型高砲數字化改造需求,設計一種高砲隨動繫統的集成電路放大器。該放大器通過信號調製、相敏整流、併聯校正網絡等關鍵電路設計,響應帶寬、穩定精度、平均無故障工作時間等性能指標大大提高,解決瞭我國某現役高砲電子管放大器維脩難、穩定性差的技術難題。

According to the demand of certain type artillery digital improvement, designed a kind of amplifier IC of antiaircraft gun servo system. Through key designs of the signal modulation, phase sensitive rectifier, parallel correction proofread network, the amplifier response bandwidth, stable accuracy, mean time to failure and other performance are greatly improved. It solves the technical problems of China certain type antiaircraft artillery tube amplifier difficult repairing and low stability.
