为了提高结弹装配质量,提出基于结弹成形力设计结弹结构来满足生产需要。通过扩径成形的方法计算结弹力,设计了相应的结弹机构,在对机构分析的基础上,制造了样机并对其进行实验验证了结弹力。实验结果表明:该结构装配精度高,结构简单可靠,设计合理,能满足生产需要。
為瞭提高結彈裝配質量,提齣基于結彈成形力設計結彈結構來滿足生產需要。通過擴徑成形的方法計算結彈力,設計瞭相應的結彈機構,在對機構分析的基礎上,製造瞭樣機併對其進行實驗驗證瞭結彈力。實驗結果錶明:該結構裝配精度高,結構簡單可靠,設計閤理,能滿足生產需要。

In order to improve bullet and cartridge assembly quality, this paper designs bullet and cartridge assembly structure based on bullet and cartridge combining ability to meet manufacturing requirement. The design a bullet and cartridge mechanism based on calculating its combining ability, which is available through the method of expanding and formation. On the basis of structure analyzing, present relevant bullet and cartridge assembly mechanism, and testify the combining ability via proto manufacture test. Result shows the given structure could meet production requirement due to its high assembly precision, reduced form and reliability, and its possible design.
