针对双仓结构弹箱设计过程中突出的可靠性问题进行研究。分析了双仓结构弹箱2种布局方案的优缺点,采用 ADAMS 软件进行动作可靠性仿真,并总结出相应的解决措施。结果表明:增加压弹簧片、分仓上下隔板以及箱底斜垫片能有效防止枪弹在分仓里出现“低头”、“站立”现象;良好的过渡仓斜板、正确的摆弹方式以及正确的出仓顺序能避免出现弹链钩挂死结现象。
針對雙倉結構彈箱設計過程中突齣的可靠性問題進行研究。分析瞭雙倉結構彈箱2種佈跼方案的優缺點,採用 ADAMS 軟件進行動作可靠性倣真,併總結齣相應的解決措施。結果錶明:增加壓彈簧片、分倉上下隔闆以及箱底斜墊片能有效防止鎗彈在分倉裏齣現“低頭”、“站立”現象;良好的過渡倉斜闆、正確的襬彈方式以及正確的齣倉順序能避免齣現彈鏈鉤掛死結現象。

Aiming at the outstanding problems of reliability in the twin-bays ammunition magazine designing process, the advantages and disadvantages of its two layout schemes were analyzed. Use ADAMS software to operate reliability simulation, and sum up the corresponding solutions. The results show that the pressure spring leaf, the bulkhead of the compartments and the bottom oblique gasket can effectively prevent the “bow”, “standing” phenomenon; well designed crossover section inclined board, correctly placed cartridges and the right order of out positions can avoid the cartridge chains deadlock phenomenon.
