白睛溢血是指白睛血络破裂，血溢络外的眼疾。目前临床尚无寒邪伤肺这一病机引起白睛溢血的治疗经验的相关报道。笔者导师叶品良老师根据多年临床经验，通过辨证论治，拟温肺散血之法，运用麻黄汤合桃红四物汤加味，治疗寒邪伤肺型白睛溢血，治法严谨，组方灵活，疗效显著。
白睛溢血是指白睛血絡破裂，血溢絡外的眼疾。目前臨床尚無寒邪傷肺這一病機引起白睛溢血的治療經驗的相關報道。筆者導師葉品良老師根據多年臨床經驗，通過辨證論治，擬溫肺散血之法，運用痳黃湯閤桃紅四物湯加味，治療寒邪傷肺型白睛溢血，治法嚴謹，組方靈活，療效顯著。

Subconjunctival hemorrhage refers to the disease that the white eye blood vessels rupture and blood spills out of the vessels. Currently, there is no clinical relevant report on treatment experiences of subconjunctival hemorrhage caused by cold pathogen damaging lung. Ye Pinliang, the mentor of authors, uses the method of warming the lung and activating blood and the combined formula of Ephedra Decoction and Taohong Siwu Decoction to treat cold-damaging-lung-typed subconjunctival hemorrhage, based on his many years of clinic experience and syndrome differentiation. It is of significant curative effect with rigorous treatment and flexible formula.
