采用理论分析、仿真计算以及现场试验相结合的方法,研究履带式强夯机夯锤脱钩后臂架反弹的动态响应过程。以变幅拉索直径作为单一变量参数,忽略地面硬度对强夯机晃动的影响,分析了强夯机晃动过程中的能量转化过程,确定了强夯机晃动幅度、周期以及防后倾杆受力与变幅拉索直径间的关系。研究结果表明,臂架晃动能量主要来源于变幅拉索储能,臂架的反弹量随变幅拉索直径增大而减小。

With the method combining theoretic analysis, simulation calculation and site test, the dynamic response process of arm support rebound after the pounder unhooked from the crawler-type dynamic compactor is studied in the pa-per.With the luffing cable diameter as the single variable parameter, irrespective of the effect of ground hardness on wob-bling of the dynamic compactor, the energy conversion process during wobbling of the dynamic compactor is analyzed to de-termine the wobbling amplitude, cycle, and relation between the stress of anti-hypsokinesis rod and luffing cable diame-ter.The study result shows that the wobbling energy of arm support mainly derives from stored energy of the luffing cable, and the rebound amount of the arm support reduces with increase of luffing cable diameter.
