以装载机节约能耗为研究目标,设计了装载机混合动力系统和液压能量再生系统。通过混合动力技术和动臂液压缸重力势能回收系统的应用,降低了装载机发动机装机功率。建立了混合动力装载机Advisor软件模型,仿真结果表明,设计方案降低了油耗,减少了排放,具有较好的经济和环保效益。

With the energy conservation of the loader as a study object, the hybrid power system and hydraulic energy regeneration are designed for the loader.Through application of hybrid power technology and gravitational potential energy recovery system of movable-arm hydraulic cylinder, the installed power of loader engine is reduced.The Advisor model for hybrid power loader is established, and the simulation result shows that the design scheme can reduce oil consumption and emission, owning great economic and environmental benefits.
