挖掘机工作环境恶劣,针对挖掘过程中存在的油门旋钮出现故障时,通过人为打开电控箱拨动辅助模式开关,操作繁琐,且存在一定的安全隐患,以及暂时停车忘记断开电源或熄火、停用时忘记拉下机械搭铁开关,使蓄电池放电甚至亏电,导致蓄电池损坏的问题,设计了一款新型节能电控箱,从而达到方便、安全、节能的目的。实际验证表明,该设计不仅理论上易于实现,而且在工程实际中也是可行的。

The working environment of the excavator is severe, considering the problems that the electric cabinet is manually opened to operate the auxiliary mode switch in case of throttle failure during excavation, which is cumbersome to operate and provides certain safety hazard, and that it's easy to forget to disconnect the power or switch off at temporary stop, to pull down the bonding switch when out of service which results in battery discharging or even loss, hence to cause battery damage, a new-type energy-saving electric cabinet is designed for the purpose of convenience, safety, and energy conservation.The verification shows that such design is not only practicable in theory but also feasible in actual engineering.
