目的：以二级综合医院评审为契机，促进病案统计质量持续改进。方法解读2012年版二级医院综合医院评审标准，贯彻专项要求，狠抓落实核心条款，完善条款的支撑材料，加强部门协作性。结果提高了科室凝聚力，规范制度建设，加强病案人员及临床医师对国际疾病分类编码认识，达到核心条款 A 级水平。各项条款工作常态化，促进了管理的系统化建设。结论二级综合医院评审使病案统计管理规范化、常态化，实现病案统计工作质量持续改进。
목적：이이급종합의원평심위계궤，촉진병안통계질량지속개진。방법해독2012년판이급의원종합의원평심표준，관철전항요구，한조락실핵심조관，완선조관적지탱재료，가강부문협작성。결과제고료과실응취력，규범제도건설，가강병안인원급림상의사대국제질병분류편마인식，체도핵심조관 A 급수평。각항조관공작상태화，촉진료관리적계통화건설。결론이급종합의원평심사병안통계관리규범화、상태화，실현병안통계공작질량지속개진。
Objective To promote continuous improvement of quality of medical record statistics with the opportunity of the second-level hospital evaluation. Methods Pay close attention to the implementation of the core clause, perfect supporting material terms, strengthen sectoral collaboration with the accreditation standards of the 2012 edition of second-class comprehensive hospital. Results We have improved the department cohesion, standarded system construction, strengthened the cognition of international classification of diseases,achieved the core clause level A, promoted the systematic construction management. Conclusion The second-level comprehensive hospital accreditation can make medical record statistical management standardization, normalization, realize continuous improvement the quality of statistical work.
