通过了深入了解施工图纸和现场条件，经过对灌浆设施的设置、灌浆料的拌制、灌注、防空鼓控制技术、灌浆料养护等环节的施工技术进行了一系列研究和改进，制定出了相应的工艺流程。它填补了国际AP1000核电站安全壳底部灌浆工艺的空白。为提高工程质量、压缩建造工期、保证施工安全和降低建造成本提供了解决途径。
通過瞭深入瞭解施工圖紙和現場條件，經過對灌漿設施的設置、灌漿料的拌製、灌註、防空鼓控製技術、灌漿料養護等環節的施工技術進行瞭一繫列研究和改進，製定齣瞭相應的工藝流程。它填補瞭國際AP1000覈電站安全殼底部灌漿工藝的空白。為提高工程質量、壓縮建造工期、保證施工安全和降低建造成本提供瞭解決途徑。

Through the thorough understand construction drawings and site conditions,through the arrangement of grouting,the grouting material mixing, pouring,air drum control technology, grouting material curing of concrete construction technology by which a series of research and improvement,formulate the corresponding technological process. It fills the AP1000 nuclear power plant containment grouting at the bottom of the craft of the blank. In order to improve the engineering quality, compressed construction period,guarantee the construction security and provides a solution to reduce the construction cost.
