机身本体与扫油臂组件是船载收油机的关键部件之一,工作过程中具有低速旋转、大惯量以及受到海浪随机冲击动载等特点。在进行受力分析的基础上,揭示了回转机构的综合受力特征,给出了实现机身本体旋转的 HST 技术高速方案,即“液压马达-减速机-齿轮对”驱动的方案;通过必要的理论计算,对传动系统关键元件进行了选型设计。

The components of the fuselage frame and sweeping arm are key constituent elements of the ship borne skimmer and have the characteristics of low-speed rotation and large inertia as well as the random impacted dynamic load by the waves in the work process . The comprehensive stress characteristic has been revealed and the high speed scheme of the hydrostatic transmission technology which is also called the hydraulic motor-gear-reducer gear-pair drive scheme has also been put forward on the basis of the mechanics analysis . The selected design of key elements of the transmission system has been accomplished through necessary theoretical calculation .
