目的:绕开结晶专利制备出无定型粉末阿德福韦酯。方法:控制蒸发温度将经纯化的阿德福韦酯溶液在真空条件下挥干溶剂,X-ray和HPLC检测析出结晶。结果:蒸发温度达35℃可得到纯度为99.5%的阿德福韦酯无定型粉末。结论:调整蒸发温度进而调节析晶速度的方法可制备出不同晶型的阿德福韦酯,操作简便、可行。

Objective:To bypass the crystallization patent, preparation of the amorphous powder adefovir dipivoxil. Methods:By controlling different evaporation temperature to the purification of adefovir dipivoxil solution were evaporated under the condition of vacuum, adefovir dipivoxil were crystaled , and crystallization were detected by x-ray and HPLC. Results:On the evaporation temperature of 35℃, adefovir dipivoxil of the amor-phous powder were obtained, purity was 99.5%. Conclusion:In evaporation crystallization process, by adjusting the evaporation temperature and ad-just the speed of crystallization method can prepare different crystal forms of adefovir dipivoxil, and the process is simple and feasible.
