目的：探讨平衡针结合斜扳手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法：72例腰椎间盘突出症患者均进行平衡针结合斜扳手法治疗。结果：痊愈55例，显效9例，有效6例，无效2例，总有效率为97.2%。结论：平衡针结合斜扳手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症有较好的临床效果。

목적：탐토평형침결합사반수법치료요추간반돌출증적료효。방법：72례요추간반돌출증환자균진행평형침결합사반수법치료。결과：전유55례，현효9례，유효6례，무효2례，총유효솔위97.2%。결론：평형침결합사반수법치료요추간반돌출증유교호적림상효과。
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of balance acupuncture combined with oblique-pulling manipulation in lumbar disc herniation. Meth-ods:72 cases of patients were all treated by balance acupuncture combined with oblique-pulling manipulation. Results:55 cases were cured, 9 cases were markedly effective, 6 cases were effective, and 2 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 97.2%. Conclusion:It has a good efficacy to treat lumbar disc herniation with balance acupuncture combined with oblique-pulling manipulation.
