目的：观察针灸配合整脊手法治疗颈源性头痛的临床疗效。方法：将230例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组采用针灸结合整脊手法治疗，对照组采用针灸结合牵引治疗，比较两组临床疗效。结果：治疗组VAS评分低于对照组，愈显率高于对照组（P<0.01）。结论：针灸结合整脊手法治疗颈源性头痛疗效显著，值得临床推广应用。

목적：관찰침구배합정척수법치료경원성두통적림상료효。방법：장230례환자수궤분위치료조화대조조，치료조채용침구결합정척수법치료，대조조채용침구결합견인치료，비교량조림상료효。결과：치료조VAS평분저우대조조，유현솔고우대조조（P<0.01）。결론：침구결합정척수법치료경원성두통료효현저，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective:To observer the efficacy of acupuncture combined with manual spine-reduction on cervical headache. Methods:230 cases of pa-tients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, the treatment group used the treatment of acupuncture combined with manual spine-reduction, while the control group combined with traction, and compared the efficacy of two groups. Results:The VAS scores in treatment group was lower than that in control group, and the markedly effective rate was higher than that in control group (P<0.01). Conclusion:The efficacy of acupuncture combined with manual spine-reduction on cervical headache is significant, which deserves clinical promotion and application.
