目的:通过表面肌电信号相关特征值的提取和分析,建立基于表面肌电信号的中风患者躯干肌运动功能评定的新方法,客观评价电针夹脊穴改善躯干肌的运动功能。方法:选取坐位平衡在II级以上的脑卒中患者120例,随机分为两组,对照组予常规康复治疗,实验组在常规康复治疗基础上加用电针夹脊穴,比较两组患者躯干前倾时主动肌(骶棘肌)肌电信号的最大值(MAX)、均方根值(RMS)、Fugl-Meyer运动评分、MBI评分的改善情况。结果:实验组MAX、RMS、Fugl-Meyer评分、MBI评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:常规训练配合电针夹脊穴可提高偏瘫患者康复效果。

목적:통과표면기전신호상관특정치적제취화분석,건립기우표면기전신호적중풍환자구간기운동공능평정적신방법,객관평개전침협척혈개선구간기적운동공능。방법:선취좌위평형재II급이상적뇌졸중환자120례,수궤분위량조,대조조여상규강복치료,실험조재상규강복치료기출상가용전침협척혈,비교량조환자구간전경시주동기(저극기)기전신호적최대치(MAX)、균방근치(RMS)、Fugl-Meyer운동평분、MBI평분적개선정황。결과:실험조MAX、RMS、Fugl-Meyer평분、MBI평분균우우대조조(P<0.05)。결론:상규훈련배합전침협척혈가제고편탄환자강복효과。
Objective:To establish a new way to evaluate stroke patients' trunk muscles function which based on surface electromyography by extract-ing and analyzing the surface electromyography associated eigenvalues to objectively evaluate the effect of electro-acupuncture paravertebral points improving trunk muscles function. Methods:120 cases of stroke patients whose sitting balance were above level II were divided into two groups, the control group used conventional rehabilitation therapy, while the experimental group was given electro-acupuncture paravertebral points on the basis of conventional rehabilitation therapy, and compared the improvement of EMG maximun (MAX) of agonistic muscles (sacrospinalis) when trunk an-teversion, root mean square value (RMS), Fugl-Meyer motion scores and MBI scores. Results:The MAX, RMS, Fugl-Meyer motion scores and MBI scores in experimental group were all better than those in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Conventional rehabilitation training combined with electro-acupuncture paravertebral points can improve the rehabilitation effect of hemiplegic patients.
