目的：观察周围性面瘫的手法治疗效果，并探讨其作用机制。方法：32例周围性面瘫均进行手法治疗。结果：痊愈27例，好转4例，无效1例，总有效率96.8%。结论：手法治疗周围性面瘫安全、方便、效果明显。其原理为通过对面瘫肌群的逆时针按摩，使面瘫肌群局部的毛细血管扩张，血流加快，增强了局部血液循环，加速炎症代谢产物吸收，消除面神经水肿，改善面神经和面瘫肌群的营养，从而恢复面瘫肌群的弹性。
目的：觀察週圍性麵癱的手法治療效果，併探討其作用機製。方法：32例週圍性麵癱均進行手法治療。結果：痊愈27例，好轉4例，無效1例，總有效率96.8%。結論：手法治療週圍性麵癱安全、方便、效果明顯。其原理為通過對麵癱肌群的逆時針按摩，使麵癱肌群跼部的毛細血管擴張，血流加快，增彊瞭跼部血液循環，加速炎癥代謝產物吸收，消除麵神經水腫，改善麵神經和麵癱肌群的營養，從而恢複麵癱肌群的彈性。
목적：관찰주위성면탄적수법치료효과，병탐토기작용궤제。방법：32례주위성면탄균진행수법치료。결과：전유27례，호전4례，무효1례，총유효솔96.8%。결론：수법치료주위성면탄안전、방편、효과명현。기원리위통과대면탄기군적역시침안마，사면탄기군국부적모세혈관확장，혈류가쾌，증강료국부혈액순배，가속염증대사산물흡수，소제면신경수종，개선면신경화면탄기군적영양，종이회복면탄기군적탄성。
Objective:To observe the efficacy of manipulation treating peripheral facial paralysis, and to explore its mechanism of action. Methods:32 cases of peripheral facial paralysis were all treated with message. Results:27 cases were cured, with 4 cases improved and 1 case ineffective, the total efficiency was 96.8%. Conclusion:Peripheral facial paralysis with manipulation therapy is safe, convenient and obviously effective. According to anticlockwise massage on facial paralysis muscles, which makes telangiectasia of facial local muscles and blood flow accelerate, enhancing the cir-culation of local blood, accelerating the absorption of inflammatory metabolites, eliminating edema of facial nerve and improving nutrition of facial nerve and muscle, so as to restore the elasticity of facial muscle, the above statement is the principle of manipulation treating peripheral facial paraly-sis.
