目的：研究综合疗法治疗骶髂关节致密性骨炎的临床效果。方法：60例骶髂关节致密性骨炎患者采用平乐推按手法配合中药熏药治疗，治疗前和治疗后第1、3、6、12个月评估疼痛程度和髋关节功能。结果：治疗前VAS为6.75±0.91，较治疗1年后4.26±1.18降低（P<0.01）；Harris髋关节功能评分由治疗前42.53±7.36提高到治疗后1年的55.38±6.92（P<0.01）。结论：平乐推按手法配合中药熏药治疗骶髂关节致密性骨炎临床疗效较好，值得推广。

목적：연구종합요법치료저가관절치밀성골염적림상효과。방법：60례저가관절치밀성골염환자채용평악추안수법배합중약훈약치료，치료전화치료후제1、3、6、12개월평고동통정도화관관절공능。결과：치료전VAS위6.75±0.91，교치료1년후4.26±1.18강저（P<0.01）；Harris관관절공능평분유치료전42.53±7.36제고도치료후1년적55.38±6.92（P<0.01）。결론：평악추안수법배합중약훈약치료저가관절치밀성골염림상료효교호，치득추엄。
Objective:To study the clinical effects of comprehensive therapy of sacroiliac joint sclerosing osteitis. Methods: 60 cases of sacroiliac joint sclerosing osteitis adopted treatment of pushing-pressing manipulation combined with herbal fumigation, to assess the pain degree and function of hip joint before and after treatment of the 1st, 3rd, 6th and 12th month. Results:VAS was 6.75±0.91 before the treatment, which was lower than that of 4.26±1.18 after the treatment of 1 year (P<0.01);Harris score of hip function was 42.53±7.36 before the treatment, boosting into 55.38±6.92 after the treatment of 1 year (P<0.01). Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of pushing-pressing manipulation combined with herbal fumigation treating sacroiliac joint sclerosing osteitis is better, being worthy of promotion.
