目的：研究分析老年COPD重症呼吸衰竭患者应用无创正压通气的疗效。方法：选取我院56例老年COPD重症呼吸衰竭患者分为治疗组和对照组各28例，对照组采用常规疗法，治疗组采用常规疗法加无创正压通气，对比两组治疗效果。结果：治疗组总有效率为92.86%，明显高于对照组的78.57%（P<0.05）。结论：无创正压通气治疗老年COPD重症呼吸衰竭具有显著疗效，值得推广应用。

목적：연구분석노년COPD중증호흡쇠갈환자응용무창정압통기적료효。방법：선취아원56례노년COPD중증호흡쇠갈환자분위치료조화대조조각28례，대조조채용상규요법，치료조채용상규요법가무창정압통기，대비량조치료효과。결과：치료조총유효솔위92.86%，명현고우대조조적78.57%（P<0.05）。결론：무창정압통기치료노년COPD중증호흡쇠갈구유현저료효，치득추엄응용。
Objective:To study the efficacy of senile COPD patients with severe respiratory failure with the application of non-invasive positive pres-sure ventilation. Methods: 56 cases of elderly COPD patients with severe respiratory failure were divided into treatment group and control group, each of 28 cases, control group received conventional therapy, while treatment group adopted routine therapy and non-invasive positive pressure ven-tilation, to compare the efficacy of two groups. Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was 92.86%, significantly higher than that of con-trol group by 78.57%(P<0.05). Conclusion:The curative effects of non-invasive positive pressure ventilation treating elderly COPD patients with se-vere respiratory failure are significant, being worthy of popularization and application.
