目的：探讨闭合复位并采用自制软木滚轴、胶布绷带外固定治疗指骨骨折的临床疗效。方法：15例患者的骨折端均以闭合手法复位，在持续牵引的情况下将软木滚轴置于伤指掌侧，屈曲该指，将胶布粘贴于近节指骨背侧皮肤，再同样粘贴一条胶贴以加固稳定，并使用绷带外固定。结果：所有患者X线片均显示骨折达到解剖复位，如期愈合；优11例，良4例，差0例，优良率100%。结论：采用闭合复位、自制软木滚轴胶布绷带外固定治疗指骨骨折，操作方便，疗效确切，价格便宜，值得临床推广。
目的：探討閉閤複位併採用自製軟木滾軸、膠佈繃帶外固定治療指骨骨摺的臨床療效。方法：15例患者的骨摺耑均以閉閤手法複位，在持續牽引的情況下將軟木滾軸置于傷指掌側，屈麯該指，將膠佈粘貼于近節指骨揹側皮膚，再同樣粘貼一條膠貼以加固穩定，併使用繃帶外固定。結果：所有患者X線片均顯示骨摺達到解剖複位，如期愈閤；優11例，良4例，差0例，優良率100%。結論：採用閉閤複位、自製軟木滾軸膠佈繃帶外固定治療指骨骨摺，操作方便，療效確切，價格便宜，值得臨床推廣。
목적：탐토폐합복위병채용자제연목곤축、효포붕대외고정치료지골골절적림상료효。방법：15례환자적골절단균이폐합수법복위，재지속견인적정황하장연목곤축치우상지장측，굴곡해지，장효포점첩우근절지골배측피부，재동양점첩일조효첩이가고은정，병사용붕대외고정。결과：소유환자X선편균현시골절체도해부복위，여기유합；우11례，량4례，차0례，우량솔100%。결론：채용폐합복위、자제연목곤축효포붕대외고정치료지골골절，조작방편，료효학절，개격편의，치득림상추엄。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of closed reduction and external fixation with self-made cork roller and adhesive bandage treating phalangeal fracture. Methods:15 cases of fractures were treated with closed manipulative reduction, in condition of continuous traction, the cork roller laid aside palmar of affected area, adhesive plaster was adhered to dorsal skin of proximal phalanx while buckling the fingers, as well as another one with external fixation of the bandage. Results:X-ray film of all patients showed anatomical reduction and fracture achieved healing;with 11 cases excellent and 4 cases good, none was poor, and the excellent and good rate was 100%. Conclusions:Closed reduction and external fixation with self-made cork roller and adhesive bandage treating phalangeal fracture is convenient and effective, with low price, being worthy of clinical pro-motion.
