目的：探讨一种理想的包皮环切术后伤口加压包扎方法。方法：选择在我院外科小手术室行包皮环切手术患者250例，在均衡的条件下随机分为对照组和观察组各125例，对照组是在包皮环切术后伤口外层使用胶布加压包扎，观察组是在包皮环切术后伤口外层使用弹力网套加压包扎，观察2组患者在手术后伤口出现包皮系带水肿、龟头瘀血、包皮皮下瘀血、切口裂开等并发症的发生率。结果：2组患者在手术后伤口出现包皮系带水肿、龟头瘀血、包皮皮下瘀血、切口裂开作比较均有统计学差异（P﹤0．01）。结论：包皮环切术后伤口外层使用弹力网套加压包扎，可明显减少包皮系带水肿、龟头瘀血、包皮皮下瘀血、切口裂开的发生，伤口换药时疼痛轻，减轻病人的痛苦，易被患者接受。护理操作方便，减轻工作量，明显优胜于传统的外层使用胶布加压包扎，值得推广使用。
목적：탐토일충이상적포피배절술후상구가압포찰방법。방법：선택재아원외과소수술실행포피배절수술환자250례，재균형적조건하수궤분위대조조화관찰조각125례，대조조시재포피배절술후상구외층사용효포가압포찰，관찰조시재포피배절술후상구외층사용탄력망투가압포찰，관찰2조환자재수술후상구출현포피계대수종、구두어혈、포피피하어혈、절구렬개등병발증적발생솔。결과：2조환자재수술후상구출현포피계대수종、구두어혈、포피피하어혈、절구렬개작비교균유통계학차이（P﹤0．01）。결론：포피배절술후상구외층사용탄력망투가압포찰，가명현감소포피계대수종、구두어혈、포피피하어혈、절구렬개적발생，상구환약시동통경，감경병인적통고，역피환자접수。호리조작방편，감경공작량，명현우성우전통적외층사용효포가압포찰，치득추엄사용。
Objective:To explore an ideal pressure dressing method for circumcision .Methods:250 patients undergoing circumcision in our out-patient surgery department were evenly randomized into observation and control groups .in the control group , the wounds were fixed with pressure conventionally using gauzes and proof fabric , while in the observation group the wounds were fixed by gauzes and elas-tic net.The two groups were compared regarding edema of frenumlum of prepuce , blood stasis in glans penis , subcutaneous blood stasis in foreskin , and the incidence of incision dehiscence .Results:The differences between the tow groups were statistically significant in edema of frenumlum of prepuce , blood stasis in glans penis , subcutaneous blood stasis in foreskin , and the incidence of incision dehiscence ( P ﹤0.01) .Conclusion:Applying elastic net on the wound of circumcision could obviously reduce edema of frenumlum of prepuce , blood stasis in glans penis , subcutaneous blood stasis in foreskin , the incidence of incision dehiscence .and it relieve the pain at changing dress-ing and is more acceptable for patients .
