从就业社会保险的视角，对大学生就业岗位稳定性进行了分析，认为应加强对大学生相关就业法律知识的普及教育，强化就业权益保障监管，强化学生现代个体责任意识，完善就业保障体系，构建就业立体的外围引导体系，提供良好的就业“舆论保障”最终实现大学生初次就业的岗位稳定性。

Employment stability for college students is analyzed from the perspective of social insurance in the paper .It sug-gests to help college students strengthen universal education of legal knowledge related to employment , therefore to strength-en strengthen students'individual responsibility consciousness .It also calls on relevant departments to intensify the supervi-sion of employment rights and interests , to improve the employment security system and guidance system , finally to provide good employment “public opinion security” to ensure the first job stability for college students .
