从1991年成立至今，燕山石化教育培训中心经历了从改革转型、突出培训到建立体系、强化培训、创造辉煌的过程。1991至2001年，教育培训中心积极转变观念，深化改革，稳步完成转轨变型，拓宽渠道，积极进取，全面调整工作方向，成功实现转型。从2001年到2011年，燕山石化教培中心拓宽培训领域，扩大办学规模，优化师资队伍，提升创新能力，深化精细化管理，施教能力逐步提高，基地建设不断增强，品牌项目逐步形成，培训体系逐步完善。未来将持续强化核心能力，建设现代化培训基地，推进远程培训各项工作。

Since its founding in 1991, the Education & Training Center of SINOPEC Beijing Yanshan Company has undergone a process from reform & transformation in which training was highlighted to construction of a system in which training was strengthened and achievements made. From 1991 to 2001, the center actively changed its mindset and deepened reform:it steadily implemented change&a comprehensive re-orientation of work, expanded channels, and successfully achieved transformation. From 2001 till 2011, the center broadened the training areas, expanded the school size, optimized its faculty, enhanced its innovation capability, and deepened meticulous management of the school, which led to better teaching, better school infrastructure, gradual maturing of brand training programs, and gradual optimization of the training system. In the future, the center is going to continuously strengthen its core competence, turn itself into a modernized training base, and promote work related to distance training.
