通过固定培养基中其它成分的含量,考察变化的成分含量对巴夫杜氏藻生长的影响,以期获得适宜生长的最佳单一养分浓度。结果表明,硝酸钠和氯化钠在实验浓度范围内(0.042 g/L~1.68 g/L和14.615 g/L~175.38 g/L)对巴夫杜氏藻的生长有显著影响,碳酸氢钠、氯化钾、硫酸镁、氯化钙、柠檬酸铁、A5溶液和pH值对藻生长影响较小。可以通过调控硝酸钠和氯化钠的浓度来促进巴夫杜氏藻的生长。
通過固定培養基中其它成分的含量,攷察變化的成分含量對巴伕杜氏藻生長的影響,以期穫得適宜生長的最佳單一養分濃度。結果錶明,硝痠鈉和氯化鈉在實驗濃度範圍內(0.042 g/L~1.68 g/L和14.615 g/L~175.38 g/L)對巴伕杜氏藻的生長有顯著影響,碳痠氫鈉、氯化鉀、硫痠鎂、氯化鈣、檸檬痠鐵、A5溶液和pH值對藻生長影響較小。可以通過調控硝痠鈉和氯化鈉的濃度來促進巴伕杜氏藻的生長。
통과고정배양기중기타성분적함량,고찰변화적성분함량대파부두씨조생장적영향,이기획득괄의생장적최가단일양분농도。결과표명,초산납화록화납재실험농도범위내(0.042 g/L~1.68 g/L화14.615 g/L~175.38 g/L)대파부두씨조적생장유현저영향,탄산경납、록화갑、류산미、록화개、저몽산철、A5용액화pH치대조생장영향교소。가이통과조공초산납화록화납적농도래촉진파부두씨조적생장。
The concentration of other component was fixed to investigate the effect of changed concentration of component on growth. Results indicated NaNO3 and NaCl had significant effect on growth under (0.042 g/L~1.68 g/L and 14.615 g/L~ 175.38 g/L), but NaHCO3, KCl, MgSO4, CaCl2, FeC6H5O7, A5 solution and pH had only slight effect on growth. It is feasible to enhance the growth of Dunaliella parva by changing the concentration of NaNO3 and NaCl.
