本文在讨论创新能力内涵的基础上，分析了石油石化行业、企业及科技岗位对青年科技人才的要求，总结概括了中国石化青年科技人才创新能力现状，最后提出了青年科技人才创新能力构成要素模型。

With SINOPEC’s young science&technology talents as the study object, the paper discusses the definition of innovation capability, based on which it analyzes the requirements of the petroleum and petrochemical industries, enterprises and science and technology related jobs on young science&technology talents, makes an overview of the current situation of the innovation capability of young science&technology talents in the petroleum and petrochemical industries, and lastly puts forward the elements model for the innovation capability of this type of talents.
