利用Recurdyn、Amesim、Matlab/Simulink分别建立动力学模型、液压系统模型和控制系统模型,通过二次开发,建立机电液联合仿真模块,可以实现多学科领域的协同仿真。然后基于此仿真模块,建立了某型起重机机电液联合仿真模型,仿真研究得到起臂工况下各系统的动态性能,真实的反映各系统间的相互影响。
利用Recurdyn、Amesim、Matlab/Simulink分彆建立動力學模型、液壓繫統模型和控製繫統模型,通過二次開髮,建立機電液聯閤倣真模塊,可以實現多學科領域的協同倣真。然後基于此倣真模塊,建立瞭某型起重機機電液聯閤倣真模型,倣真研究得到起臂工況下各繫統的動態性能,真實的反映各繫統間的相互影響。

This paper sets up dynamic, hydraulic and electrical models by using Recurdyn, Amesim and Matlab/Simulink. Through secondary development, the collaborative simulation platform of mechanical, electricity and hydraulics can be built and the joint design of multidisciplinary can be accomplished on this platform. The collaborative simulation model of certain type of the crawler crane under the working condition has been built up on this platform. Through the collaborative simulation, the dynamic property of each system under the working condition when the crane is raising its arm can be obtained, which can also show the actual interaction of each system.
