塔河油田生产油井中掺稀稠油井占很大比例,针对塔河油田稠油掺稀工艺存在的掺入稀油压力不稳、稀油混合不均匀以及稀油利用率低等问题,在目前三种掺稀生产方式的基础上分析三种掺稀生产方式的优缺点,对其进行优化改进,设计出一种新的掺稀方式,建立一种新型掺稀模型,阐明工作原理和生产流程,论证其结构和可行性。证明新的掺稀生产方式在生产现场能有效提高稀油的利用率,缓解稀油不足带来的问题,改善压力不稳的情况。

Heavy oil wells operated by mixing light oil make up a high proportion of production wells in Tahe Oilfield. Certain problems exist in the technology of blending light oil in heavy oil,including the pressure instability during blending light oil,undermixing between light oil and heavy oil,and lower use efficiency of light oil,and so on.Aiming at these prob-lems,a new type of blending light oil mode was designed and established according to the advantages and disadvantages of existing three light oil blending modes.This paper presented the working principle,production process,and structure for the new mode and demonstrated feasibility of the mode.Field results indicate that the new method can effectively increase the use efficiency of light oil and decrease the pressure instability during blending light oil.
