以多聚磷酸铵(APP)与自制齐聚物式成炭剂(OCA)复配成新型膨胀型阻燃剂( IFR),采用热重分析仪( TGA)研究硼酸锌( ZB)和二氧化锰( MnO2)对LDPE/IFR体系热降解行为的影响。结果表明,氮气气氛下,金属化合物都能促使复合材料形成更多的残炭,但对热降解活化能的影响不明显;空气气氛下, MnO2可减缓材料的初始降解,使复合材料寿命延长,而ZB则使复合材料初始降解延长,寿命缩短。

Novel intumescent flame retardant (IFR) was composed by novel oligomeric charring agent (OCA) and ammonium polyphosphate (APP), and the effects of zinc borate (ZB) and magnesium dioxide (MnO2) on the thermal degradation behavior of LDPE/IFR were investigated by thermogravinity analysis (TGA). It was found that metal compounds could promote LDPE/IFR composite to form more char residue, but they did not affect the active energy of LDPE/IFR under N2. MnO2 could slow down the starting degradation, and prolong the thermal lifetime of LDPE/IFR;but ZB could prolong the starting degradation and shorten the thermal lifetime.
