应用三轴岩石强度测试仪RTR-1000实验研究现有钻井液及改进钻井液体系对阜宁组泥页岩力学性质和强度特性的影响,并计算比较其对坍塌压力的影响,优选出能够降低地层坍塌压力的钻井液体系。实验所用岩心为苏北阜宁组露头岩心,实验结果表明:在钻井液中加入聚合醇或聚醚多元醇产品,利用其浊点效应对地层进行封堵,改进后的钻井液体系能够提高地层岩石的强度,降低地层坍塌压力(当量钻井液密度)0.19~0.30 g/cm3,扩大了安全钻井液密度范围。
應用三軸巖石彊度測試儀RTR-1000實驗研究現有鑽井液及改進鑽井液體繫對阜寧組泥頁巖力學性質和彊度特性的影響,併計算比較其對坍塌壓力的影響,優選齣能夠降低地層坍塌壓力的鑽井液體繫。實驗所用巖心為囌北阜寧組露頭巖心,實驗結果錶明:在鑽井液中加入聚閤醇或聚醚多元醇產品,利用其濁點效應對地層進行封堵,改進後的鑽井液體繫能夠提高地層巖石的彊度,降低地層坍塌壓力(噹量鑽井液密度)0.19~0.30 g/cm3,擴大瞭安全鑽井液密度範圍。

In order to optimize a drilling fluid formula,which can decrease the collapse pressure of shale formation,the triaxial rock strength test device,RTR-1000,was operated to study the effect of current and polyether polyol type drilling fluid on mechanic property,strength behavior and collapse pressure.The experimental outcrop cores were taken from Fu-ning Formation in Jiangsu Oilfield.Experimental results show that when polyalcohol polyol or polyether product was added in drilling fluid,the improved drilling fluid which can plug the formation by its turbidity point effect,can increase the rock strength and reduce the collapse pressure,namely equivalent drilling fluid density,by 0 .19-0.30 g/cm3 .As a result,the improved fluid can expand the range of safety drilling fluid density.
