桥本脑病（HE）是伴有抗甲状腺抗体增高的脑病，它以血清抗甲状腺抗体滴度增高、神经和精神功能异常及对糖皮质激素治疗敏感为主要特征。HE仅有20％～50％出现影像学异常。本文对其临床表现、影像学特点以及影像与临床的关系进行综述。
橋本腦病（HE）是伴有抗甲狀腺抗體增高的腦病，它以血清抗甲狀腺抗體滴度增高、神經和精神功能異常及對糖皮質激素治療敏感為主要特徵。HE僅有20％～50％齣現影像學異常。本文對其臨床錶現、影像學特點以及影像與臨床的關繫進行綜述。
교본뇌병（HE）시반유항갑상선항체증고적뇌병，타이혈청항갑상선항체적도증고、신경화정신공능이상급대당피질격소치료민감위주요특정。HE부유20％～50％출현영상학이상。본문대기림상표현、영상학특점이급영상여림상적관계진행종술。
Hashimoto’s encephalopathy (HE) is an encephalopathy associated with high levels of anti-thyroid antibodies, which include the feature of high titers of serum anti-thyroid antibodies, psychosis and good response to steroid therapy. There are 20%~50%patients have abnormal present on CT or MRI. In this paper, the clinical manifestation, imaging and the relation of those of HE were reviewed.
