采用微波消解技术,建立了一种测定龙牙百合花中Mg、K、Ca、V、Mn、Fe、Co、Ni、Cu和Zn等10种微量矿质元素的 ICP-MS 法.研究表明,该方法简便、快速、灵敏,标准曲线的线性都较好,适合于龙牙百合微量矿质元素的测定.试样分析结果显示,龙牙百合花中含有丰富的矿质元素,特别是Ca、Fe与Zn.该方法为龙牙百合的利用提供有力的科学依据.

An inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry ( ICP-MS)for determination of the contents of 10 trace mineral elements in Lilium brownii var.viridulum flower after microwave-assisted digestion of the sample has been developed .The results of the study indicate that the proposed method has the advantages of simplicity ,speediness,sensitivity and good linearity of standard curves.It is suitable for the determination of the contents of mineral elements in Lilium brownii var.viridulum flower.The results also show that the concentrations of mineral elements such as Ca ,Fe and Zn in Lilium brownii var.viridulum flower are high and there is rich nutrition .The method provided a scientific basis for the utilization of iLlium brownii var.viridu lum.
