电动助力转向器减速机构普遍采用蜗轮蜗杆机构,以蜗轮齿圈体积最小为设计目标对蜗杆传动进行参数优化设计,优化后节省蜗轮齿圈贵重材料15.05%,利用简易计算工具对蜗轮齿圈能承受的破坏力矩进行估算,并通过试验验证,结果表明优化后的设计能满足实际使用要求.
電動助力轉嚮器減速機構普遍採用蝸輪蝸桿機構,以蝸輪齒圈體積最小為設計目標對蝸桿傳動進行參數優化設計,優化後節省蝸輪齒圈貴重材料15.05%,利用簡易計算工具對蝸輪齒圈能承受的破壞力矩進行估算,併通過試驗驗證,結果錶明優化後的設計能滿足實際使用要求.

The reducer worm gear mechanism is widely used in electric power steering .It has been optimally designed for the worm gear mechanism with the goal of the minimum volume of worm gear ring ,saving precious materials 15.05% compared with traditional design .The failure moment of the worm gear can be born is estimated by using simple calculation tool ,and validated by experiments .The results show that the design optimization can meet the requirements of actual use .
