Fe3O4/PPy纳米复合材料是一种兼有无机纳米磁性材料与导电聚合物两者优异性能于一体且极具应用潜力的新材料,在传感器、电磁屏蔽、生物医药、离子交换树脂等领域普遍关注。本文综述了Fe3O4与聚吡咯纳米复合材料的制备方法,包括溶胶-凝胶法、原位聚合法、电化学合成法、自组装法以及超声法,分析了各种制备工艺的优劣,并指出了Fe3O4/PPy纳米复合材料的发展趋势。

Fe3O4 / polypyrrole nanocomposites are the most promising materials for multifunctional application in sensor, electromagnetic shielding, biomedicine and ion exchange resins, which possesses the both excellent properties of nano-inorganic magnetic materials and conducting polymer. The preparation methods of Fe3O4 / polypyrrole nanocomposites, including sol-gel method, in-situ polymerization, electrochemical synthesis, self-assembly method and ultrasonic method, are reviewed in detail. Meanwhile, the advantages and disadvantages of different preparation methods are compared. Finally, the development trends of Fe3O4/polypyrrole nanocomposites are pointed out.
