近几年，地方院校招生形势发生了深刻变化，出现了招不够、不报到、留不住、转专业等一系列新问题，制约了地方院校的健康发展。分析了地方院校生源危机的主要原因，并提出了化解危机的对策与途径：即加强内涵建设，以实力吸引考生；建立大学生就业服务体系，以就业拉动招生；拓展对外交流合作渠道，吸引国外生源；树立生源意识，打造生源基地；把握录取环节，提高招生效果。
근궤년，지방원교초생형세발생료심각변화，출현료초불구、불보도、류불주、전전업등일계렬신문제，제약료지방원교적건강발전。분석료지방원교생원위궤적주요원인，병제출료화해위궤적대책여도경：즉가강내함건설，이실력흡인고생；건립대학생취업복무체계，이취업랍동초생；탁전대외교류합작거도，흡인국외생원；수립생원의식，타조생원기지；파악록취배절，제고초생효과。
In recent years,local universities have experienced profound changes in the situation of uni-versity admissions,and they are faced with a lot of new problems and challenges such as insufficient recruit and registration,no staying,and changing majors,which become the bottleneck of the healthy development of local universities.The paper analyzes seven reasons of the crisis of source of students,and puts forward some effective countermeasures and approaches:intensifying the connotation construction of local universi-ties to attract examinees;building the employment service system of college students and enrolling new students through obtaining employment;expanding the channels of external exchange and cooperation to draw foreign students;establishing the consciousness of source of students and forging the relevant bases;and grasping the enrollment links and boosting the effects of university admissions.
