分别利用太赫兹时域光谱系统(THz-TDS)和傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR),对由钻孔取芯机所取岩芯上选取的6个不同深度样品进行了测试。结果表明:随着样品深度的增加,在太赫兹波段,吸收系数和透射系数变化不明显,但折射率则逐渐降低;在红外波段,样品所含盐类逐渐减少,而 CaCO3和SiO2的含量则逐渐增大,说明盐类物质是由外部环境污染而来,内部岩石则尚未被污染。
分彆利用太赫玆時域光譜繫統(THz-TDS)和傅裏葉變換紅外光譜儀(FTIR),對由鑽孔取芯機所取巖芯上選取的6箇不同深度樣品進行瞭測試。結果錶明:隨著樣品深度的增加,在太赫玆波段,吸收繫數和透射繫數變化不明顯,但摺射率則逐漸降低;在紅外波段,樣品所含鹽類逐漸減少,而 CaCO3和SiO2的含量則逐漸增大,說明鹽類物質是由外部環境汙染而來,內部巖石則尚未被汙染。
분별이용태혁자시역광보계통(THz-TDS)화부리협변환홍외광보의(FTIR),대유찬공취심궤소취암심상선취적6개불동심도양품진행료측시。결과표명:수착양품심도적증가,재태혁자파단,흡수계수화투사계수변화불명현,단절사솔칙축점강저;재홍외파단,양품소함염류축점감소,이 CaCO3화SiO2적함량칙축점증대,설명염류물질시유외부배경오염이래,내부암석칙상미피오염。
Core drilling machine selected 6 different depth samples of core. Those samples were tested by terahertz time-domain spectroscopy system (THz-TDS) and fourier transform infrared spectrometer (FTIR) respectively. The results showed that with the depth increase of the samples, the absorption coefficient and the transmission coefficient of the samples did not change obviously, however, the refractive index gradually reduced in terahertz band. In infrared region, the contents of salt reduced gradually, while the content of CaCO3 and SiO2 increased gradually. That means the salt material is from the external environment, the internal rock is not contaminated.
