分析了火力发电厂因启动大容量高压电动机及380 V母线切换时的母线电压波动,造成空冷机组空冷岛冷却风机变频器跳闸停运的原因,并提出了改进措施。通过优化热控逻辑、变频器设置及控制回路改造,使变频器在母线电压恢复后能成功自启动,以提高空冷变频装置的可靠性,减少对汽轮机背压的扰动。

This paper analyzes the reasons of air-cooling island inverter tripping,which was caused by bus voltage fluctuations aroused by large-capacity high-voltage motors starting up and 380 V bus switchover,and improvements were put forward accordingly. By optimizing the thermal control logic,inverter setting and the control loop,the inverter can self-start successfully after the voltage recovers so that the reliability of air-cooling inverter can be improved and the disturbance to the turbine back pressure can be prevented.
